I am in the process of selling my last home and after the VA appraiser came through, I needed the crawl space cleaned out and the vapor barrier replaced. I was nervous about finding someone who could get it done working a very short timeframe (needed it done ASAP to close on the house). Both my real estate agent and myself, talked to Ray on 12/23. He assured me that he would have his guys out there to get it done the best day (Xmas eve). The entire project was done before 1pm. They did a wonderful job and both the real estate agent and the VA appraiser were impressed with the timeliness and the quality. Will definitely be using them again on my new home.
